Ready-made books (Wait, Why?)

Email us within 14 days and we’ll fix the problem or refund you.

Custom books (Ask Wondrbit, Dear Santa, Why?, The Book of Your Pet)

• Until we deliver your final book link: you can cancel at any time. We refund your payment minus a 10% processing fee.
• After we deliver your final book link: the book can’t be refunded, because it was made for one child or animal. A mistake of ours we still fix for free.
• If the problem is on our side: the refund is full, with no fee. That means none of our drawings fit after every redraw we offer, we can’t answer the question and you don’t want a close one, or we can’t deliver the book.

How to ask

Email support@chirppal.com from the address you bought with, and include your book number if you have one. Please write to us first: we made your book, so we can sort it out fastest. Refunds go back to the way you paid. If you passed the book on for someone else to fill in, the refund goes to you, the buyer.

Nothing here limits rights you have under your local consumer law.
